About JPVI

 The Julian Patrick Vocal Intensive promotes specific goals that have immediate and long-term value for the high school and beginning college vocalist. Each student will be assigned specific pieces to prepare for the workshops. They will receive daily vocal instruction, music theory and vocal coaching from our distinguished staff.

Daily private lessons with college professors from around the country.

Master Classes


Daily master classes on a variety of subjects.

Jazz Workshops


Daily jazz workshops and jazz performance for all students.



Daily coaching with professional accompanists.

Movement and Staging


Daily group movement class and small group scene staging.

Performance Opportunities


Students will perform in a camp opener concert,  a jazz night and a camp closing concert.

The Intensive will run from June 21st through 30th.

Friday June 21st

Arrive, settle in, meet and greet barbecue Saturday - 

Saturday, June 22nd

Rehearsal day in preparation for Faculty-Student Fund-Raising Concert Sunday.

Sunday, June 23rd

Dress rehearsal and performance: Faculty-Student Fund-Raising Concert .  

Monday, June 24th-Friday June 28th

Daily lessons, coaching sessions, Master class and Jazz workshop.

Evening performances: Pybus, Radar Station, Museum (dates TBD) 

Saturday, June 29th

Rehearsal for Final Student Concert Sunday - June 30th - Closing Concert. Farewell Picnic / Departure
