 The intensive is limited to 15 to 18 singers of high school or first year university level, chosen on the basis of a recorded audition and/or recommendation of a high school vocal director or private voice instructor. 

Audition Requirements:

Students may audition by MP3 file, CD, or online video link with one or two songs of your choosing. In your recording announce your full name, age, school or private instructor’s name and the title and composer of your selection(s). Label the file/CD and case with your name. The sound quality of the file/CD should not be enhanced in any way. Returning students are not required to audition.

Examples of Audition Repertoire:

·   An Art Song.

·   A song from any musical.

·   An aria in any language.

Tuition and Fees:

·   Tuition:  $700 ($200 deposit due at time of application).

·   Tuition with housing:  $800 ($200 deposit due at time of application).

·   Online payment processing fee:  $10

Applications and Deposits:

Applications must be received or postmarked by May 31st, with a deposit of $200. Sign up by April 1st and receive a $50 discount.

 All applicants will be informed of their acceptance. 

Tuition is due by June 8th. If payment is not received by this date, the reserved space will be given to someone on the waiting list.

Should a registrant need to cancel after the June 8th deadline, the full fee - minus a $50 handling fee - will be refunded, provided that the office is notified at least seven days before the first day of the camp. After that, no refund will be made.

Additional Information:

Host families are available for out of town students who are in need of housing. Daily lunches will be provided. Students need to bring an allowance for possible evening meals.
